Terms of Service

These terms govern engagements for Witlyn's Speed-to-Lead AI System. By paying the setup fee or continuing past the trial period, you agree to these terms.
1. Setup Fee
Each tier includes a one-time setup fee covering the custom build of your AI voice agent, WhatsApp conversation flow, CRM, and dashboard, configured for your business. Setup fees are due as described at checkout (typically split 50% upfront, 50% on go-live) and are non-refundable once work has begun, except as covered by the 14-day trial below.
2. Monthly Retainer
The monthly retainer covers hosting, AI API usage, monitoring, and ongoing support for your tier. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period — see Section 4.
3. 14-Day Trial
If the system does not capture at least one lead that would have otherwise been missed during your first 14 days live, that period is free and you owe nothing for it. This trial applies to the first 14 days of the system being live and responding to real inquiries, not 14 days from contract signing if go-live is delayed.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by notifying us in writing (email is sufficient). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for — we don't offer partial-month refunds. The one-time setup fee is not refunded upon cancellation, as it covers work already completed.
5. What's Included / Not Included
Your retainer covers the system as configured at go-live. Add-on services (multi-agent routing, nurture sequences, outbound calling, branded dashboard, multi-language support) are billed separately and only added with your agreement.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but the system depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, messaging, and AI providers) outside our direct control. We'll notify you of any extended outage we're aware of and work to restore service promptly.
