Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy covers witlyn.com (the marketing website) — how we collect, use, and protect information you submit to us directly, such as through our contact form. It does not cover systems Witlyn builds and operates on behalf of individual clients; those are governed by each client's own privacy policy and data agreements.
Information We Collect
When you submit our contact or demo request form, we collect:
- Your name and business name
- Email address
- Phone number / WhatsApp number
- Any message content you provide
If you message our live demo number on WhatsApp, standard WhatsApp/Meta terms and privacy practices also apply to that conversation, in addition to this policy.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services
- Maintain a record of leads and conversations in our internal CRM
- Improve our website and offering
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where It's Stored
Form submissions are routed through an automation workflow (n8n) into our internal records. We use standard industry tools for hosting and workflow automation and take reasonable steps to keep that data secure.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as pages visited and general location. You can decline analytics cookies using the consent banner shown on your first visit, or by clearing your cookie preference in your browser.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@witlyn.com.

This is a standard-form policy, not a substitute for legal review. Have a lawyer review this before relying on it for compliance in any specific jurisdiction (Australia and the US, given the target market, likely have specific requirements worth checking).
